Service Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will promptly review your concerns and, if applicable, return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.
Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be considered if a service was not provided as agreed upon in the service contract or confirmed booking.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to prestigeofficeeventservices@gmail.com within 7 days of the service date.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction reported after the specified time frame or for services rendered according to the agreed scope of work.
Non-Refundable Fees:

Deposits for event cleaning or special services are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the scheduled service.

Any third-party costs or materials purchased specifically for your service are non-refundable.
Processing of Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
